Come enjoy a social game of volleyball with the SAINTS - Moreton Bay Volleyball Club. We are a Volleyball Queensland affiliated club where people can work together as part of a team, enjoy each other's company, inspire and encourage others, as well as a grow and develop as individuals.

Moreton Bay Social League – Term 3 & 4 Season
Get ready for another exciting season of the Moreton Bay Social League, with volleyball running across both Tuesday and Thursday nights. This season is designed to provide a fun, competitive, and well-structured environment for players of all levels across the Moreton Bay region.
The season will run from the first week of Term 3 through to Week 8 of Term 4, offering a full and consistent competition schedule for all teams involved.
Tuesday Competition – Beginner Friendly Format
Tuesday nights are designed to be beginner friendly, making them ideal for developing players, social teams, and those newer to structured volleyball. The first 10 weeks of the season will operate as a regular round-robin competition, where all teams compete against each other in a standard ladder format. After this phase, the competition will split into the top and bottom halves of the ladder, with teams then playing within their group for the remainder of the season. This ensures more balanced matchups and helps even out skill levels, making every week more meaningful and competitive.
Thursday Competition – Advanced Volleyball
Thursday nights are focused on a more advanced level of play, catering to experienced players and more competitive teams. Matches are played at a higher intensity, providing a strong and challenging volleyball environment for those looking to test and improve their game.

- Season Dates: 13 July – 27 November
- Competition Nights: Tuesday (Beginner Friendly) & Thursday (Advanced)
- Season Fee: $200 per player
We will also be using the Spond app throughout the season to manage attendance and player availability, helping ensure clear communication and smooth weekly operations.
Whether you’re just starting out or playing at a competitive level, the Moreton Bay Social League offers a structured and enjoyable volleyball experience for everyone.

Pathways into Volleyball Queensland Beach Volleyball Tour - with the help of Strathpine Indoor Sports Centre and Sandstorm Beach Volleyball (it is the end of the season now and will be back after PVL)
2026 SEASON
Sat 6 Dec 2025, 8:30 PM2026 will be a new era for Saints. We will be joining forces with Morayfield Mantas Volleyball Club but maintaining our Tuesday and Thursday night social competitions at Mango Hill State Secondary College. Morayfield Mantas will provide opportunities for Junior Premier Volleyball League and Premier Volleyball League training and competitions. Please be patient as the new club evolves and details about the 2026 season (games and training + trials for JPVL and PVL) are finalised. These details will be posted on the website, Facebook and Instagram pages mid January. Watch this space!!!!!

* Minimum age for social training and social games is 12 years of age.
* VQID number is mandatory and can be obtained from Volleyball Queensland. Recreational membership is required for social training and the social competition.
* Details about the 2026 season will be posted on the website, Facebook and Instagram pages only.
* Registrations for the 2026 social season will open mid-late January.
* No registrations are required for training.
* JPVL and PVL teams members are selected out of trials.
Well Done to Our BVC Winter Cup Team
Our SAINTS Div 3 volleyball team played in the BVC Winter Cup at The Gap Aug 5-6. Despite being new to playing together our team showed impressive coordination and communication during this comp. They adapted quickly to each other's styles, making smart adjustments and working effectively on the court. Despite facing tough teams, our players never backed down, giving their all in every set. The camaraderie among the team was evident, with players supporting and encouraging each other throughout the games. Every serve, spike, and save was a testament to the hard work put into the competition.
Our team included: Alex Cross, Jackson Condon, Hannah Gloster, Oliver Campbell, Rayden Ang, Brendan Curry, Gavin Porter and Coach Brad Curry.Onward and upward for the Moreton Bay Saints!

Location/Venue
We are thrilled to be partnering with Mango Hill State Secondary College in 2023 who have agreed to host our Club. They have a newly built sports facility including 2 volleyball courts. They have a fantastic floor surface with plenty of room for serving of all varieties. The 2 courts are separated by a drop-down dividing net to keep straying balls off the other court. Access to the facility is straight from the main carpark. Go to our 'Contact' tab for address/directions to this venue.
